According to this, it only have Elina's route translated.

 

But then this guy said 'everything is translated except Miu's route'

And these guys also focus on Miu's route only, why?

 

So, can someone tell me if 1 or 3 route actually translated? If there are 3 routes translated, where can i get that?

Every route except Miu are translated (or at least that's what he claimed).

However, the partial patch they released only has Elina.

As for the other guy, because people can't be sure whether or not the other two routes are translated, so he is just doing Miu route, which is untranslated, for now, in case Insem want to release the other two routes later (which is...pretty unlikely).

There is no way to get the other routes. Insem said he had 3 routes translated but I don't think there was any proof that they were other then his word.

So there's only the partial patch with one route translated.
