Konosora Flight Diary problem?

So I just finished Kono Oozora ni, Tsubasa wo Hirogete, and wanting to move on to Flight Diary. I have all 3 games installed already, but apparently Flight Diary is the only game out of the 3 that disables my windows aero. Konosora and Snow Presents both keep it.

 

Does anyone know how to change this? Feels pretty awkward without aero.
