DmmD That Black Screen

The game won't open even if I changed my locale to Jap, restart computer, run admin, download CCCP, applocale, or just about anything. I'm not sure if the problem is because I'm trying to open the game from Windows 10 and the game isn't compatible with it.

If this isn't the case, and there's actually another solution, please tell me. ;w; Trying to get this game to work causes migraines.

what novel are you referring to? Dmmd mmm dramatical murder?, and yes it is probably an issue with win 10, it just doesnt like vns, try using a virtual machine or install win 7, there isnt much we can tell you if you dont give us more info, what kind of error are you getting or just no error at all?

checking that thread it seems that it runs on win 8 so it should run on win 10 too

I'm playing it at Windows 10. It takes a few seconds ~ one minute to open, but it does after it, so maybe you should just wait.

I thought I was having the same issue, and tried a million things before I realized that I wasn't actually setting the system locale, but rather just changing the region/language. The new Windows 10 layout totally threw me off! Go to Settings>Time & Language>Additional Date, Time, & Regional Settings>Change Location>Administrative tab> and then you can change the locale. Restart and it should work perfectly. Maybe that'll help if you made the same silly mistake I did!
