problem installing rewrite (SOLVED)

i simply don't undertsand why cant i succed to run the file make rewrite work 2 ,and it always shows error

If the make_rewrite_work2.bat doesn't work you can try with this instead (run as administrator in rewrite folder). Or you can manually insert the registry entries.

Make sure you try it as run as administator. Luch has a good idea too.
