Soulless Watcher Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 Well yesterday I tried to buy Kara no Shoujo episode 2 from their site and my card was turned down. Apparently there was a error in the credit card process.... whatever that means. So I sent a email to their support and I didn't get a response, but than again it was a Sunday. I went to check my mail this morning and still nothing, so I sent them another mail. It has been five hours since then. Am I just impatient? or does mangagamer have a problem when it comes to customer service? Quote

They're usually very timely with responses, but (and especially if you live in the US or EU) don't expect them at times that you're awake, unless you're part of the nocturnal crowd.It's likely being handled quickly - they've got a great support staff, from my experiences with them. CeruleanGamer Posted November 3, 2015 Posted November 3, 2015 I bought Shuffle! from them and also had credit card problems and shipping issues. They did it within 4-5 days for me. All you need to know is there is no call-center in India that handles their customer service. They know what they are doing and sometimes they even give you a discount on your next purchase to make up for the inconvenience, although not always. Quote
