Can't launch Natsuyume Nagisa

Hi guys I'm trying to play this game but I got this error message anyone know how to fix it? 

 

 

I already change my Locale become Japan and using AlphaROM but still this error pop up.

it says that you cannot run or it is not possible to run the game outside japan, you need a japanese language edition windows to be able to run it.

Well this is fun. I installed the game and I didn't even need to use Alpha-Rom.

 

Can you do a fresh install (or delete all the alpharom-files) and set your time-format to Japanese? Try that.

Apparently using no region also failed but I finally found another way to play this game already.
