Having Problems with KoiChoco on Windows 10

When I start up this program

It leads to the setup and then goes right into the game and this error appears

Does anybody know how to fix this problem?

Have you installed the game?

You have start.exe in the install folder?

nah, it can't, i already have the problem, after chisato route end, my game suddenly like this..

Yes. Start.exe is in the install folder.

I got a download that was complete. I think the problem is that it doesn't lead to the installation screen.

no, i follow the instruction perfectly, but i dunno why, after this scene, this exe suddenly error, i'm using start.exe

where do you download it? link please, or can you show me your properties? are u using compability setting?

I meant a complete torrent with everything that was needed in it. Look up superelmo on KAT and it'll show you the one I downloaded.
