[SOLVED] KoiChoco Locale Problem

When i try to start Koichoco it says this. I used Locale Emulator, i already tried using different compatibilities and changed paths so i really could appreciate some help.

I use a Windows 10 x64.

SOLVED. Change system locale to Japanese, don't use a locale emulator.
