2 PM is technically 3 pm in Saudi Arabia, if they're not doing the DST thing, otherwize it'd be 4 pm

Norway... clock?  2pm is 02:00 in the 12-hour clock format and 14:00 in the 24-hour clock format. I'm sorry but what exactly is a Norway clock....?

As far as I know, there is no such thing as a "Norway clock". You either have 1-12 am and pm, or you have 1-24. In other words, 2 pm (in 12-hour format) = 14 (in 24-hour format). Just add or subtract 12 to the number when you're converting.  It may be that some countries only use one system over the other, hence why you call it by the name of that country.

 So yeah 2 PM means 14:00

Ok im sorry for kind of randomly bumping this even though it was answered but ... its a thread about norway and being like one of the only norwegians on this forum I have to say YAAY!

Erhem. So yeah 2PM is 14:00. And our time zone is GMT. And no, we do not have polar bears walking around in the streets. (Seriously... some people think that.)

I visited Oslo, Ålesund, Bergen, Trondheim and Stavanger - no bears  Disappointed so much. You should put them on streets, really. People need it. I heard in Canada (in Churchill) residents never lock car doors, so pedestrian could hide in nearby car when the bear comes near...
