Problem with If my Heart had Wings JPN

Hello, I downloaded If my Heart had Wings japanese version and it works fine, but when I start the game I get this:

If I keep "reading", the game freezes at the next "phrase" (always at the same point)

How can I fix this?

Change the time format to Japanese.

If I'm not wrong it's in the same place as locale. Time format is the first tab when locale is the third.

I have windows 7 and don't know where to find that option. I have already checked the place for locale but didn't find anything.

EDIT: Found and changed. Now works fine, thank you!

1. Open the Control Panel (icons view) in Windows 7 or Windows 8, and click/tap on the Region and Language (Windows 7)

2. Under the Formats tab, select the format language from the drop down menu that you want to have the dates, times, currency, and measurements formats display with the default standards for that language. (see screenshot below)
