Description of Problem:

I begin the game but the screen turn white.

I try go to settings>sound setting>test the voice but don't work.

I believe the message says something like

Address 00000003 in Address 779D7732 of module 'ntdll.dll' contains violations.

I can't read one of the words there though sorry.

Have you tried re-installing the game? It may due to a file being installed improperly. If you are missing a .dll file that the game needs, then it won't run. [aka if the .dll you are missing is a dependency to the .dll mentioned here]

Force recheck on the torrent to see if the download was corrupt, then try running system file checker to see if ntdll.dll is corrupt or something.

Open command prompt by writing cmd into start menu search bar and enter command sfc /scannow.

Another suggestion is to try running in compatibility mode for XP or 2K.

If you tried re-downloading ntdll.dll and it did not work, I may have a solution.

This may sound stupid, but launch WtK, wait for white screen, launch ANY .avi video with Windows Media Player (not Media Player Classic - important), shift focus to WtK, and if it runs smoothly, you can close WMP.

okay, i found this solution for the white screen problem from a website from somewhere else but i couldn't recall that, but here's what I did and it works on my windows 10.

just select all files and right click > properties > uncheck read only > apply to all > enjoy!

i'll leave it here in case there are people still looking for it. it's neither the problem with ntdll or the voice button. and ya, i did set compatibilities to windows xp sp3.
