Dies irae also sprach zarathustra error in starting game

hello, i am having problem with the game, i just installed it and opened the game, but it shows me this error: http://imgur.com/FSJfzMA

and when i click ok, it freeze for some seconds and gives me this: http://imgur.com/YMuUL8z

and when i click on that highlighted button, it just freeze for some seconds again and goes back to that screen, and when i click the button next to it, i get this: http://imgur.com/gf4LymJ

and then it close, i already tried turning off antivirus and firewall and add it to exclusion list, my locale is japan, if there are any solutions for this, please help, thanks in advance.

i recommend you to install the amantes amentes version is the only one i managed to work, i tried with acta est fabula and Also sprach Zarathustra and they didnt work at all (because of the crack)

Acta est Fabula or Amantes Amentes... Also sprach Zarathustra is an incomplete version (contains none of the side stories and only has two of the four routes).

Edit: Speaking seriously, there is nothing that Also Sprach contains that the later games don't.  Amantes Amentes is the most complete version - in fact, it actually has an extra ending and several extra episodes that Acta est Fabula doesn't - and Acta est Fabula is the omnibus of the h-versions of all four of the main paths.  It is possible - with some difficulty - to get acta est Fabula to work on anything but 8 (8 being so buggy with a lot of VNs), but Also Sprach is buggy and unpredictable on anything after XP outside of the Japanese OS's.
