mitchhamilton Posted January 13, 2016 Posted January 13, 2016 ive been trying to get hatsukoi and its add on to work forever. i got the disk in was about to uninstall and re-install it, until i remembered "What if there is an option to repair." cause sometimes there is and ill take that route and if that doesnt work, then ill re-install. BUT i dont know if it does or not since i cant read japanese. this is were you come in. based on this screen shot, is there any option or a possible option that might repair the vn? Quote
Nosebleed Posted January 13, 2016 Posted January 13, 2016 If there is it'll be under その他の設定 (Other settings) mitchhamilton 1 Quote
Nosebleed Posted January 13, 2016 Posted January 13, 2016 Yeah none of that is about repairing, unfortunately. mitchhamilton 1 Quote

mitchhamilton Posted January 13, 2016 Author Posted January 13, 2016 ok. so i dont mess this up again, ive re-installed it and i am now going to add the add-on stories. what does the read me tell me to do? Quote
Nosebleed Posted January 13, 2016 Posted January 13, 2016 All that says is: 1. Please confirm Hatsukoi 1/1 is installed 2. Run "update.exe" that's in the same folder 3. Apply the append on Hatsukoi 1/1 as indicated in the instructions 4. Start Hatsukoi 1/1 What files are in the append? It shouldn't be too hard to install and it should come with instructions. mitchhamilton 1 Quote
mitchhamilton Posted January 13, 2016 Author Posted January 13, 2016 OH. MY. GOD. it works. finally, it works. i thought i did a dumb just now because i copied my save file then uninstalled everything and after that was done i copied it back to the save folder. while i was doing that i thought "Hmm. i wonder if the save file was corrupted, since saving was one of my problems. well too late now. since im an idiot and didnt copy the new save folder." but everything works now. thank you for your help nosebleed. youre pretty good at reading japanese, you should translate some vn's sometime.
