Gands Posted January 21, 2016 Posted January 21, 2016 Help i already changed the system local...but the still dont open... Quote
DarkZedge Posted January 21, 2016 Posted January 21, 2016 Did you make sure the locale for the unicode apps is also set to japanese / japan? also you could also check the files for the read -only check by marking all of them then right click, then properties and if the read only box is checked you'll need to uncheck it Quote
Segai Posted January 21, 2016 Posted January 21, 2016 Well, the error it's giving isn't that useful as it's only saying that it failed to open. Did you reboot after setting the system locale? Quote
Gands Posted January 21, 2016 Author Posted January 21, 2016 (edited) Yes i did everything u guys said...i cheked all the files closed the torrent moved the files to another folder and nothing, this problem should be because i use windows 10 Edited January 21, 2016 by Gands Quote
Segai Posted January 21, 2016 Posted January 21, 2016 I doubt Windows 10 is the issue as I can run it just fine on my Windows 10 laptop. Quote
Gands Posted January 21, 2016 Author Posted January 21, 2016 Maybe this is the problem but every time i uncheck the box, the box is marked again alone... Quote
Mr. Meogii Posted January 21, 2016 Posted January 21, 2016 Maybe the files are corrupted. Maybe you should try downloading a different one. Quote
Yuuko Posted January 21, 2016 Posted January 21, 2016 It could have something to do with those .sig files? I'm no computer expert  Quote

Also i can assure you it isn't a windows 10 related issue, i'm currently running win 10 64 bit and Noble works runs just fine on it. Best wishes Quote
Abyssal Monkey Posted January 21, 2016 Posted January 21, 2016 What antivirus are you running and what other games might be running in the background. Â If you are sure that you installed it properly and it wasn't read-only (I can't read spanish, or whatever language that is), then a program might be blocking it instead. Out of curiosity, see if you cant move the entire folder out of that folder and somewhere else. Quote
Gands Posted January 22, 2016 Author Posted January 22, 2016 I dont use antivirus, it's portuguese, and i already did everything u said a lot of times reinstalled and unmarked the read-only option and nothing works this error happen with all visual novel... Quote
