KoiChoco problem

Whenever I try to run the game, I get the message from the image below. Also, when I try to launch the japanese launcher, it takes me to Adobe Shockwave's page, which is already installed.

Windows 10 and japanese locale

[Deep Blue]

is saying that you don't have enough hard disk memory/space or something on those lines

maybe the folder is on read only...
