Shiny Days black screen

So after acquiring shiny days, i got the patch that restores Kokoro's scenes. i applied the patch to make it 1.01e, ran the Kokoro patch, and when i do run the cmd file it tells me over and over again "

"xdelta3: target window checksum mismatch: XD3_INVALID_INPUT"

"xdelta3: normally this indicates that the source file is incorrect"

 

it also says something about source file too short. then at the end it tells me "Files patched! Enjoy your game."

 

when i start up the game, i get a black screen. i get music though.

 

i have  a vista btw

Use the data checker included with the download version of the game to check the data files for corruption.

says i have 16 corrupted files. guess im gonna have to uninstall and re-install it again to see if that works. this is the second time ive done this.
