Koi Choco (Issue with running the game)

I've been trying to install the game where I've followed everything from procedure:

1) Install the game, with japanese region.

2) Insert the update

3) Put in the NoDVD patch.

I try to run it to put in the serial code and this happens:

any solutions?

Oh, btw, i've solved this. 

for any people having the same issue, if you;re using windows 10, change your Non-Unicode to Japan. A simple google search can lead you on how to do it.
