Umm... So basically its similar to audio books in which you listen to somebody or someone instead of reading a actual book for relaxation especially when you what want to drift away and fall asleep. I guess, it's just that the intention of them is obviously the erotic aspect and not so much the ASMR triggers so that's why I sometimes have a problem with calling them ASMR tracks.
