Small 2 Page Manga Translation

So I'm learning Jap by trying to read some simple Manga but for the love of god I can't figure out what the red part means. I can sorta read* the rest fine but putting the part in google or looking it up doesn't give me much.

A friend of mine wanted to know what it said and asked me but I know minimal Jap...., my TLs are probably very off.

Anyway here are the 2 RAWs and my rubbish TLs.

I guess the first sentence is: 一人前の. (Can mean a portion of food for 1 person, or something along the lines of "becoming an adult, or growing up, or acquiring traits of an adult", which I think it's more suitable).

The 2nd one, I dunno, cuz I'm at the beginning stages of jap (probably implying now he's grown up, he's able to deal with some stuff or do some stuff).

れでぃー means lady. It's the "joke" that Akatsuki is always saying about becoming/being a wonderful lady.

Shouldn't that be in katakana? since "Lady" is an English word.

Grammatically yes but keeping it in hiragana "expresses her character/current tired state"
