Problem with Kimi no Nagori wa Shizuka ni Yurete

hey all i just download yesterday Kimi no Nagori wa Shizuka ni Yurete and install it, after patching i install the font than i start the game

but than it shows Failed to create the save foulder.

please confirm designated folder.

C:/Users/blabla/Documents/SOFTPAL/????/???????/save

now what can i do to fix this ?
