Koichoco crash (I need help)

I guys, i'm having a sort of problem with koichoco, i already made everything that asked like applocate japanese and stuff.
Its not even asking the serial, the "Start.exe" dind start nothing at all, when i start koichoco.exe apear some kind of error.

Someone know how i fix this?

I dont know how i send a print picture in this kind of topic, if someone tell me how i can send a picture if helps.

Japanese supplementary fonts: Settings App -> System -> Apps & Features -> Manage Optional Features.

Nah it pretty much looks like a locale problem. Did you really change your locale to Japanese? You mentioned that you used an emulator before.  Nevermind got confused there.

This has happened before and the problem was caused by the emulator.

I really use some kind of emulator.
but man, its like this, the "start.exe" dont work at all, i can iniciate just by the koichoco.exe
the problem is not in there.
i'll show you the emulator

This emulator is good, dracu riot for example i can make him work with this emulator.

This is the suplemental font.
I'm a brazilian so its portuguese but its there the suplemental fonts.

When i run with the start.exe this happens.

Maybe try re-downloading the game from another website. I don't understand Japanese but to me, it looks like it can't find a specific file.
