Visual Novel with animations, cause freeze / crash

Hey guys, I need a little help about playing a game which keeps freezing.

The issue here is, that whenever I get to some kind of scene (I guess?) the game just freezes and all I can do is shut it down. This is the first time this happened. Other games do work properly. 

My guess here, is that it's about the "animated" scenes, but I am not really sure on how to fix that. Would be awesome if someone could help me out.

Well, the first step is to mention the name, cause this might have happened to others as well, and just maybe, they might have a solution.

Btw, it's about Nekopara, since there are animations, which move. I think whenever I get to a "moving scene".. the game just freezes and crashes.
