WinterfuryZX Posted August 19, 2016 Posted August 19, 2016 85 euro shipped to me... expensive but not really that much, the japanese usually spends more for a 1st print. Still, I don't know if I'll buy it, though. Quote
Funyarinpa Posted August 19, 2016 Author Posted August 19, 2016 Hahhahahahaha "select works" OST haha NO Vorathiel 1 Quote
novurdim Posted October 29, 2016 Posted October 29, 2016 The game is now officially slated for November 25/29. There's also a somewhat interesting message from the main translator on the ps blog. https://blog.eu.playstation.com/2016/10/28/japanese-visual-novel-steinsgate-0-gets-eu-release-date-new-trailer/ Fred the Barber 1 Quote

Are we still not a priority platform even after Steam? Quote

I don't really see why you should be. Every platform is important and Visual novels sell just as well on consoles. Quote

PC port of S;G0 was released a few months after the PS4/Vita releases. Seeing as how, according to that blog post, the localization was a big project that took a very long time, the PC port was probably released too late for Pqube to transfer the localization to the PC build. Also, Pqube, AFAIK, does not own or license S;G's PC release so perhaps they don't have the right to any PC version, which would mean we're never getting S;G0 on PC in the West officially. All is speculation on my part. Quote

novurdim Posted November 25, 2016 Posted November 25, 2016 Let's all take a moment to appreciate the fact that the game is now out in Europe. Great. Also worth noting how Steiner (one of the biggest SciADV fans in the west and a part of the first SG translation team) mentioned that 5pb's in-house translation turned out quite well and all worries were for naught. Soulless Watcher Posted November 26, 2016 Posted November 26, 2016 Hey does anyone know if this will be available digitally on the psn storefront? Quote

WinterfuryZX Posted November 30, 2016 Posted November 30, 2016 Arrived at last. It's strange, Kurisu's voice sounds... hmmm... different?, maybe I got too much used to Rachele Paolelli's voice, I recently rewatched the anime. Quote
Nandemonai Posted November 30, 2016 Posted November 30, 2016 Wait, it's not dubbed, is it? (My copy arrived yesterday, but I haven't had a chance to get into it yet. Stupid cold.) Quote
WinterfuryZX Posted November 30, 2016 Posted November 30, 2016 (edited) Obviously not. I simply didn't remember Kurisu having that voice, I cannot explain this thing very well, strange thing it didn't happened with the other characters. Edited November 30, 2016 by WinterfuryZX Quote
WinterfuryZX Posted December 3, 2016 Posted December 3, 2016 like... what? meh... didn't like this... She did a very dangerous thing, they didn't know what caused the wordline shift this time. I hope this will be explained eventually. Quote

Spoiler I don't think I'm following what you're unhappy about. She doesn't know anything about a worldline shift; she wants to turn back time because she can thinks this isn't the way things were meant to be and she intends to fix it. Or are you saying Okabe should have stopped her, maybe tried to influence the content of the message, or something? I think of this scene as Resolved Kurisu (because she is in this scene) vs. Helpless Okabe (because that's his MO in Steins;Gate 0); I don't see any other way it could have gone. Quote
WinterfuryZX Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 (edited) She noticed from okabe strange behaviour that the wordline shift was huge and caused by a 3rd party, but this fact didn't make hare to reconsider her plan or even think about it. Edited December 4, 2016 by WinterfuryZX Quote
Fred the Barber Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 Spoiler Whelp, sorry, guess you're going to be dissatisfied. There's no further explanation coming. I do remember now what you're talking about, though - that she can tell he was expecting to be on the other attractor field entirely because of the way he reacts to her being alive. I think the explanation for her actions is pretty rational, though: she knows things aren't the way they're supposed to be, and she intends to fix it by sending him back to the other attractor field. It's likely only strengthening the resolve she'd been holding for months, given she was rebuilding the PhoneWave (name subject to change). Quote
WinterfuryZX Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 Her actions could have been resulted in a disaster, and the situation in the beta wordline actually worsened a lot Quote
