On Android, when you quote someone in a post, you can't then remove that quote and If you try, your entry box for that topic just kind of freezes

It's been that way for months, at least for me.

Yep. Also, for the last few weeks I can't even highlight the quote box and touch "Cut" to get rid of it.

FWIW, I think it also occurs in PMs.
