A VN with an Outside Context Problem

Outside Context Problem.
Specifically, a VN with something that is literally outside of the genre (sudden sci-fi-esque alien invasion in a fantasy setting, or magic in cyberpunk for example). An OCP must be something totally unforeseeable for the entire setting, not just some lost magic in a fantasy or the in-universe reveal of the existence of monsters in a horror VN. The real life example is the European invasion of Native America: the Maya did not even aware of the possibility of Steam engine and guns powder when the Spanish roll over them.

Edit: A suggestion: what you are looking for might be 'genre shift' in tags on vndb.  Yumina is the only one that fits in the translated VNs, I think.

Well, an OCP does not necessarily induce a genre shift (the original term was used in a thoroughly scifi novel), and a genre shift may happen without the need of an OCP, but I suppose they may overlap a lot.
