Need help finding her!

So while browsing around on the internet I came across this one image that I quite liked and I began to wonder whether she was from a vn or maybe an anime or perhaps it was just an image created by someone, then I thought to myself "what better place to ask around than Fuwa"  

So here it is after that unnecessary explanation.

Does anyone recognize her from anywhere? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

 

Ps: I don't know if she is or not but kind of reminds me or the art from https://vndb.org/v1027 (she might even be from there, I still have to finish that one)

Think its just the artist darker rendition of the character. Also he has a series of darker touhou project characters.
