Ikusa Megami Zero Black Screen (battle goddess verita)

Hello guys It seams i have a problem with Isuka megami or battle goddes zero... every time i try to start up the game the game just freezes with a black screen some times it responds some times it freezes but the game wont even start... i have my region in jap.. i run it with applocale jap... but it just wont work... system is windows 7 everything up to date.... any ideas.... i even tryed older versions of the game and also the lastest version... even pirated torrents just in case something was wrong with my copy of the game... but idk ...

Try installing the game with region format (time) set to Japanese.  Also, don't use App Locale.  Set your locale (non-unicode programs) to Japanese.
