Translators database - is there any?

As in title. VNDB only provides info on translation groups/companies. Is there any blog/wiki/site, that provides info (even if it's dated and not updated for a long time) about who translated what?
F.E. Himawari was transalted by Conjueror + Gare, but vndb provides only the company name, 'MangaGamer'.

So, yeah, is there anything like that?

I don't think so.  You should consider requesting this in the VNDB forums.
