Know a good artist?

So does anyone know A good Background and/or sprite and Cg artist? preferably one who's looking to settle down with a team or if not a reliable freelance guy.

You know that the most probable thing is that you'll have to pay if you want some decent art, right? Just dropping this if you're somehow unaware.

Go through the creative corner board mate, there are post there of people advertising themselves with their work and pricing displayed. As @Aizen-Sama said, you'll have to pay though. I doubt any decent artist would offer their work for free, since well, it's a lot of work! Good Luck!
