dfbreezy Posted July 31, 2016 Posted July 31, 2016 Is it true that if i do 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats and 10 km running everyday, i can become as strong as Saitama? (serious question). Has anyone ever tried it? Quote
oystein Posted July 31, 2016 Posted July 31, 2016 You give it a go. See you when you get to that level! dfbreezy and Silvz 2 Quote
Eclipsed Posted July 31, 2016 Posted July 31, 2016 Well, You're body will at least be stronger than someone who doesn't do that routine daily, so go for it Quote
Caio000 Posted July 31, 2016 Posted July 31, 2016 Well, I sure that at least you would be strong enough for defeat me as easily he would be. dfbreezy 1 Quote

LoganW Posted July 31, 2016 Posted July 31, 2016 100 of each a day is pretty much impossible if you really want to work out start small and pick it up each day... BUT what do I know i'm just some dude who sits in his room all day Quote
Ainz Posted July 31, 2016 Posted July 31, 2016 Nop, this will only lead to exhausting yourself and losing motivation for any kind of workout. Quote
Suzu Fanatic Posted July 31, 2016 Posted July 31, 2016 Sounds like a good way to permanently dmg your tendons and muscles. I wouldnt risk it - esp. if you body isnt used to any serious exertion. be patient and start off slow. Quote
Kenshin_sama Posted July 31, 2016 Posted July 31, 2016 If there's one thing that would put me off from the One Punch Man training, it would be giving up AC. I couldn't do it for the life of me. I'm pretty sure you could seriously injure yourself doing that every single day without rest too. Quote

wyldstrykr Posted August 1, 2016 Posted August 1, 2016 false, you cant make a fiction become reality. you can be a person tho Quote
Polycentric Posted August 1, 2016 Posted August 1, 2016 I'm pretty sure nothing you do will make you as strong as Saitama. But, if you do decide to do that workout every day you'll just become more fit. Not like world class athlete extreme levels of fit, but probably better than most people. I wouldn't worry too much about injury unless you're already super out of shape. Usually if you're going to start exercising when you previously haven't, at first your body will tell you when you need to stop/about to get injured. I've never specifically tried doing exactly that workout schedule, but an average swim practice for me is probably more than that. Quote
