Planetarian HD edition won't work with AppLocale

When I try to run the Reallive.exe file through AppLocale, I just get a message saying: "Applocale was unable to launch the specified application. Please make sure the application specified is valid."

I'm pretty sure I haven't missed anything general, but it might not be specific to Reallive, since I recently had a similar problem trying to run the trial version of Fairytale Requiem.

RealLive requires Japanese Windows/All settings set to Japanese.
