I am disagree about seasons - they are all good enough.
The Christmas is the best, but other is fine too. They all represent something new in relationship, such as quarrel, jealousy and fear, which leads to sex with at least some reason. All h-scenes should be done like this, with some story behind it, not just because of lust with ignoring TPO.

Though last part, MD, is just typical random sex...But they are newlyweds, so why not. Haha

KonoOozora maybe? It has h-scenes but as far as i remember the romance was not that bad either. You might wanna check it out.

How about My girlfriend is the President. The romance does develop and it ends up in the direction into h- scenes so it does meet the requirements.

I think Eden* would probably fit this category. Has a nice story and sweet romance, contrary to what the 'end of the world' setting might suggest. 

 

Ended up playing the all ages version and didn't feel like I missed out on much. (I think there is 18+ version but never tried it)

Although the lip syncing was a bit freaky at the start, I eventually got used to it lol.
