Go here and submit a claim if you had an account between 2006 & 2015. Any and all.  I last did this with a DRAM price fixing class action lawsuit. I got a 101$ check last month. It takes literally a minute or two to fill out.  You never know what money could be owed to you.

You need to be from USA and the account at that moment (April 19, 2006 and November 5, 2015) had to be used in USA too.

How much will my payment be?

If you are a Claims Class Member and elect to make a Basic Claim, payment will be determined based on the dollar amount of the longest hold or reserve on your account and how many Claims Class Members send in valid Claims. Basic Claim amounts are estimated to range between $3.00 and $440.00, depending on the length and amount of the hold or reserve, based on the following grid:

You only get paid if you had a hold placed on your account.  You'll only get more than $3 if you run a business using PayPal.  The vast majority of US members here won't get anything worthwhile out of this.  If you were actually affected, you'd have long known about this already and been following this case.

I dunno, I had zero idea I was owed money at all, then someone linked me to submitting a claim for DRAM. I got 101$ check, the same price I paid for RAM back in 2007, that I used until 2012.  It was even what I thought a fair price, but they gave me back the full sum.

Not really. Just a check appeared in my mail, same day, other people reported the same thing.
