[Resolved] Can I get some help finding a purchase link for this?

It's a Rewrite arrange album that seems like a worthwhile purchase from the crossfade trailer:

It supposedly released a few days ago at the end of last month but I can't find it anywhere. It's not on CDJapan, Amazon Japan, or any of the other places I've looked using English, Japanese, and Romaji. Can anyone else find it anywhere?

I mean, I would assume eventually somebody will put the CD by itself for sale, but until then you'll have to either wait or just buy the special edition of Rewrite.
