However, if you're looking for a translation, it appears that one is in progress but not complete, and when it is complete, I'm not sure whether their patch will work with the downloadable version. I once successfully bought a game with my credit card, yet a friend of mine from the same country tried to buy the same game at the same time with the same credit card provider, and was denied. Firstly, I feel like a credit card would have a higher chance of success than a debit card, since a Japanese website probably wouldn't cater to banks from other countries, assuming you're outside of Japan. Apart from that, all I can do is suggest you look for some guides like this over the Interwebz. Quote
