Looking for a Heroine like Ousaka Sora from Hoshi Ori

I fell in total love with her. This is the first time I legit had a waifu lol. Her personality and looks are amazing!!! I'm looking for more vns with a heroine like her. I don't really know how to explain her, you just have to experience the game.

Extra: Any more high quality developers? Toneworks blew me away with the graphics,music and VA here. It was on a whole another level, holy shit.

Mmm... it depends.  Tone Works really shines when it comes to floor-to-sky character development, and no one really does that better than they do... or in more detail, for that matter.  For action/fantasy, Light and Nitroplus both do excellent work, on the same level in their own areas, and some companies manage a similar level in one or two games in their own areas, like Silky's with Nanairo Reincarnation; Purple Soft with Hapymaher; Pulltop with Haruka ni Aogi, Uruwashi no; Strega with Komorebi no Nostalgica; etc.

For pure non-story production values, there are numerous companies that manage it to the same degree... though most aren't very consistent about it.

Well it really depends on what did you mean with "high quality developers" and what do you expect from them. Personally I'd count Baseson firstly since they spend "waay" more money at their games than any other companies with more than 50 heroines with great VAs, 70-80 hours length, good OST (with a couple pretty great vocal songs) and 4-5 good artists.
