Shinigami no Testament no dvd on W10

Is there any way to make Shinigami no Testament work without dvd on windows 10?

So far when I install the game it closes immediately after I open it. I then manage to find update 101a file and now it does not close but ask for disk. No dvd patch does not work on this version. Any suggestions?

Well I had the same problem and I never managed to find any solution, so I installed a virtual machine (windows xp) and the game works perfectly so I think it's your best bet.
