ITHVNR not working in Windows 10

New PC, first time Win 10, and ITHVNR is not working. It does not open at all.

 

I have installed Visual Studio 2013.

 

Anyone know what might be the problem?

A quick google shows there's an issue with Win 10 64bit build 14393 or later (Search -> winver, or If win10 is kept up to date it should be) with the workaround

#1.Copy C_932.NLS from this location
C:\Windows\System32

#2. Paste to this location
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\

If that's not it then maybe check the permissions on the folder and try to use the latest version along with installing VS 2015 runtimes

I was honestly pretty scared because I like my new PC but if it can't run one of my most important programs... But thank you!

I recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and haven't had any issue with ITHVNR.

Well I'm now no longer having any issues either, after simply copy pasting the C_932.NLS file. Weird.

I got a new windows 10 laptop where can I find ITHVNR 64bit for windows 10? I can only find an old 32 bit version floating around.
