(Spoilers) Tomoyo After: It's a Wonderful Life - Ending Analysis

    Overall Tomoy After is entertaining game, but Clannad is better, though if you felt in love with Tomoyo, then you should play Tomoyo After.     

    I wonder: Why did not Tomoya did the same stuff, which is saving notes by tattooing his body, like the main character in the movie, "Memento?" Why did not Tomoya did the same thing as the movie, 50 First Dates? I personally think that the surgery was totally avoidable and still have a happy ending because during the scene where Tomoya sees the ring, he instantly assumes and says, "I love Tomoyo." Though I did like that Tomoya died because I love the feels, but if we think of the situation as something that can happen to any of us, I would definitely make sure that my love one stays alive by working in something easy like writing a book. 

Now, let me ask you this: If you are a person with amnesia, would you take the surgery? 

I wouldn't because I want to live.
