Shingakkou -Noli me tangere- (need hacking help)

I have already translation text for trial version of Shingakkou -Noli me tangere-.

So I plan at first make english trial version of this game. Here original jap. trial:  http://mirror0.fuzzy2.com/2011/03/slash/11140153219/Shingaku_trial.zip

 

I can extract pictures  from sin_sysd.dat and sin_cgev.dat using arc_conv program.

In arc_conv guide I find "(ddp) [header] {0|hash_size}" pack command for this game, but I don't know how too write this command right in .bat

So I don't know how to pack pictures.

Don't know at all how change japanese text to english in it.
