VNR - language and embedding problems (omerta)

So I´m playing omerta chinmoku no okite through vnr, and in the text box I get english, chinese AND japanese translations (well, not for the japanese part, it just says the exact same thing as in the text box in-game), which is really really getting to be a pain. I simply want the english translation, as the chinese and japanese just gets in the way. Another thing is that most of the time the box only displays text in japanese and the chinese translation, and the english translation is nowhere to be seen. I've seen a playthrough on youtube where the text is purely in english, and no blank parts is to be seen in the translation, so I don't know what the problem here is.

 One last issue is the embedding part. In the youtube videos the translation is displayed in the text box in-game, which means the omerta has embedding options. But I have yet to find out how and where to enable it. If someone could help me solve these issues, I'd really really appreciate it
