castor212 Posted November 15, 2016 Posted November 15, 2016 from purely story and scenario point of view, which of these is worth more to play? Quote
Nosebleed Posted November 15, 2016 Posted November 15, 2016 Definitely the PC version. It has one entire extra chapter that was missing in the PSP release. You could say it's the story that the author originally wanted to create, whereas the PSP version is an adaptation of it. The PSP version has a lot going for it, namely the graphics, voices and gameplay, but using story alone as the criteria, the PC version offers you more. Quote
castor212 Posted November 15, 2016 Author Posted November 15, 2016 got it, tqs then as a whole, which is better? Quote
Nosebleed Posted November 15, 2016 Posted November 15, 2016 Hard to say tbh. It heavily depends on what you value. The PSP version is better from a graphical and sound standpoint (the professional voice acting really elevates it imo). The PC version feels more like a doujin game (which it is) but it's also the original version of the game so there's value in it from a story standpoint. I personally like both about as much, but the PSP version definitely feels more polished. Quote
Kawasumi Posted November 15, 2016 Posted November 15, 2016 gotta say that the immediate reaction you get after playing the PSP version and going over to the PC version is not good lol. so start with the pc version and do the psp version if you want to replay it. Quote
Nosebleed Posted November 15, 2016 Posted November 15, 2016 Yeah there's definitely an immediate feel of downgrade when you go from the PSP version to the PC one. It's a shame that they couldn't port the PSP assets over and make a completely new PC version using them. Kawasumi 1 Quote
