2 Fate/stay night unanswered questions

I just realized, while browsing through the cg's of fate that I had a few unanswered questions, maybe I just missed these things so can anyone please tell me <spoilers ahead btw>

1. During the UBW route taiga gets captured by caster and shirou can't remember her name, why? Someone specifically told me there is a reason

2. Shirou was dreaming that he was banging rin but someone was obviously draining his energy, who was it?

 

Also wtf why didn;t I get the scene with taiga and Illya in the bath???

Not sure about the first one but to get the onsen scene with taiga and illya you need to watch every tiger dojo (just use a walkthrough to get the rest of them otherwise a few of them can be a huge pain in the ass). That way you also unlock the final epilogue.

Rider is the one that drains his energy. I know that has already been answered but I felt like answering it again because it is going to get answered 40 times anyways.
