Reading .adv files?

Hi, quick question.

Any idea how to open .adv files that contain game dialogue?

Basically, I extracted the game files from bin01, bin02... archives and found a folder titled 本編, which I imagine contains the main dialogue, but it's filled with a bunch of small files, all with the .adv extension, unreadable with N++.

Anyone know how to open them?
