Help with DMMd message popping up

So my game isn't working, every time I try to open the game a message show up (I translated it and it means 'it can not be executed') and I don't know how to fix it please help

So, this is a game you bought on DMM?

Do you have the correct password and email to log in with and activate the game? (That has to be done once to launch the game from each new IP you try to access it from.) If you could give a screenshot of the error, that would make things easier.
