Kurisu-Chan Posted November 26, 2016 Posted November 26, 2016 Well hello here, and welcome back to another one of my "i beg you people please gift me some VNs to read" I'm here because i need you for one particular reason...i'm looking for..you guessed it right, Otomege, why? because. More seriously, i'm quite a good public, so i'm not going to be harsh with the VNs you propose me, but...you have to know, i priorize VNs with plot over Slice of life VNs, ofc, you can recommend me some good Otome slice of life VN, but if possible, i would prefer to have plot-oriented VNs. Yep, that's it, nothing more, i'm pretty sure you awesome guys are going to help me, right? Quote

Mr Poltroon Posted November 26, 2016 Posted November 26, 2016 I'd make some really long description on why I think it's good and whatnot, but honestly, I'm tired today, so have a link.https://vndb.org/v7803 Quote
BookwormOtaku Posted November 26, 2016 Posted November 26, 2016 Well, Hakuoki's good, though with a (really expanded) remake coming out for the Vita you might want to wait for that: Another good one is Norn9 though that one is a bit more slice of life oriented: http://gamesforadultsandeveryone.blogspot.com/2016/02/games-for-everyone-norn9-var-commons.html Quote
Dergonu Posted November 26, 2016 Posted November 26, 2016 I picked up Hakuouki on my 3DS a bit back, and it has been great so far. Definitely recommend giving that a try. BookwormOtaku 1 Quote
Kaykeiokay Posted November 27, 2016 Posted November 27, 2016 If you have a Vita I'd recommend giving Code:Realize a go. It has beautiful art as well as a well-planned story that brings all the information you learned in previous routes together to make a grand spectacle of a final route. It's honestly one of the best otome I have played. https://vndb.org/v14908 If you don't have a Vita then I'd say play The Second Reproduction. It's a little on the short side but the story is quite well done, aside from the extra route that really doesn't fit with the rest of the game. https://vndb.org/v3319 For shits and giggles you might want to check out Dot Kareshi, It has a novel premise and doesn't overstay its welcome. https://vndb.org/v12158 Quote

akaritan Posted November 27, 2016 Posted November 27, 2016 I thought that Ozmafia was quite competent. There was quite a bit of slice of life from what I recall, but quite a bit of story as well. The characters were cute and it had all-around great production, so if it looks good to you I'd say give it a shot. Quote

Shiru Posted November 27, 2016 Posted November 27, 2016 (edited) Rejet's otome games; especially this or this. And no, just because I said Rejet's otoges, I suggest you to not ever touch Diabolik Lovers. Edited November 27, 2016 by Shiru Quote
