In search for a better background image for fuwa

I've been trying to find a better background image, preferably one that repeats itself properly, but still haven't found anything

the current one is this:

any1 know a suitable one? it doesnt have to be boring old patterns. it can be a moe moe image... (if u can make it fit)

I'd go for another "wallpaper" style background if anything, as it doesn't distract too much from the main content of the site, which in itself features many images - a huge image might be too distracting.

Otherwise basically anything can be a background image in the following pattern:

well anytime really... i just have to go into the FTP and replace the fuwa_bg.jpg with something else

Just make it background-repeat: repeat-x instead of background-repeat: repeat.

You probably want to avoid anything close to photographic. It always comes off as looking like a geocties. Find some backdrop that's rather simple or go for the side panels as being full on separate images.

I like that site a lot, we can always colorize one of those to keep the "warmth" of the site the same, but we'd have a continuous background image.
