first of all, what did you click? secondly, if that's the case right click your desktop and check if the icons are set to not appear.

@Nobody~~ I right clicked one of the rainmeter buttons on the desktop and clicked hide icons I think and when I tclicked it'd to do it again the option disappeared.....

Right click your desktop > View > Show desktop icons
That should be enough to fix it. Am literally translating it from my language but it should be that nonetheless
