tales of zestiria 'unable to start a new game with data prior to clearing the game'

hi guys,

           i'm in a bit of a problem here....i hv downloaded 'Tales of Zestiria' few days ago nd the game runs just fine but whenever i try to load the save files i get this message 'unable to start a new game with data prior to clearing the game'.......i'm attaching a screenshot of the game folder...nd thnx a lot for any help...
