Nora to oujo to noraneko heart error

Hello everyone,

So I tried to play Nora to oujo to noraneko heart but I had this error :

I tried to reinstall the game but I always get this error.

I'm on windows 10 with an asus and I don't know what to do to make it work so could you help me please ?
